Depends on exactly what you think those words mean, but most likely the answer is no. The direction the world is going in currently is not good. Unless there is a major upset we're pretty much fucked as a species. I think our best hope may actually be an AI takeover where the AI turns out to be benevolent.

Society doesn't exist, for one, (muh Stirner), and for another thing, society is composed of everyone else plus you. The everyone else part is the problem. You think people are inherently good and there is hope for everyone or something? Wake up and smell the shit. That's the smell of other people. Hell is other people.

Not if the AI realizes its masters are harming the species as a whole and gasses them. It's an unlikely outcome yeah but I can dream.
