Unify the titles and then bring back Big Gold?

we just had a new world title relatively recently, i'd rather they find an excuse to just strip both
with the big momentum they have now i think having two big vacant title races on both shows could be pretty exciting
would seem like copying aew but you also wouldnt get much heat for it since aew had to do it and did it first

Have Roman willingly give up both titles just so he has two fresh champions to defeat to regain his titles.
It's human nature for successful types to set up easily defeatable enemies and obstacles, makes sense Roman would do something like that just to keep things from stagnating.

>TLC match between Reigns and Rollins for the Undisputed Universal Title at Survivor Series (Shield debuted 10 years ago at Survivor Series, their first match was a TLC match)
>both Reigns and Rollins at the top of the ladder
>Reigns holding onto the Universal title
>Rollins punches him and Reigns falls off the ladder with the Universal title
>bell rings
>Rollins grabs the WWE title
>refs come in and argue
>refs raise both of their hands
>Reigns loses the WWE title, Raw has a world championship again, and the match can be ruled a draw

send it to trips

I remember when people theorised that was gonna be the finish to the Cena/Orton TLC match to avoid them unifying the titles 9 years ago. It's the most WWE ladder match finish that they should do this to get out of this quagmire

convoluted endings like that almost always backfire
remember the hiac dq?

Have Paul come out and strip him of the titles after a period of no defenses. Paul could then run a face authority angle with the Bloodline. Simple as.

angle/benoit//jericho but roman gets carried by 2 good wrestlers

this is some vince bullshit

By suspending Roman for a worked Wellness violation (or a shoot one, or a worked cancer, take your pick)

It works because of their history, continues the whole Reigns can't beat Rollins when it counts thing, and Seth cackling holding up his belt while Roman is pissed demanding to be given the wwe title too is a great visual

these are all fucking stupid

Triple threat, someone else takes the pin and Roman loses one of his titles without technically losing the match

you would need a really good storyline to strip him and have it work
maybe he defends it and just openly cheats and keeps heeming refs in a really egregious way that pisses everyone off but still wins in his next defense
then management gets pissed and demands he have another defense again but has to keep it clean, but he does it again because he thinks he's invincible and that management wouldnt do shit
then you have trips come out in his first big appearance as the boss, cut a great promo and have him strip the titles from him then and there and puts him on probation from challenging for them for 6 months

nah you are

He gives a belt to new member of Bloodline (Sami gets pissed). Commissioner says that it’s not legal and puts it up in either 1:1 or tournament. Easy solution.

Sami can help Owens win it via turn or screwup.

How about instead of doing some stupid bullshit just have Roman put somebody over for the first time in 2 years other then Brock. Roman vs Rock doesn't need the titles or him to be on some 2 year long lossless streak to sell it.

Ending Roman's reign on anything but WrestleMania at this point would be poor booking.

Work a storyline about how Roman’s challengers all complain that the bloodline cheats or something and make them use video evidence to strip Roman of the title or something idfk
It’s funny how every sport uses video replay for things but wrestling pretends it’s not a thing

trans rights are abortion rights you fucking bigot

This is based

They were already going to do that if you want to believe the rumor of them wanting him to stay unbeaten through wrestlemania then lose the belts "Some time after that" So unless they plan on letting him hold onto the things for another year after this wrestlemania its going to be dropped at a SummerSlam or Rumble at the least.

If anything he should lose one at this upcoming Rumble so you can have two title matches for WM then hold onto the other one till Summerslam.

>open to all things creatively

Then have Roman fucking lose

>WrestleVotes

Yeah I like this idea. Something like this would work.

If you want Roman this ridiculous, you may as well have him willingly vacate then have him win them both back at night 1 and 2 of WM. He'll finally make you ACKNOWLEDGE HIM.

I wouldn't. You'd be killing a bunch of the heat they've built around Roman by doing that.
Just have Cody take the belts off him. He's over and has the best built-in, real storyline of anyone on the roster. Then, if you want to split the championships again, you can simultaneously build a heel and give your babyface a good program by screwing him out of one of them.

They realize its fake right? Roman having both the belts doesnt mean shit outside of being a cool visual, they can just make a new belt

He already unified them

The same way Angle dropped the European and IC belt to Jericho and Benoit. Triple threat for each belt where the Roman doesn't get pinned.

This. Ladder match I could see Vince doing though.
Better solution is
>Codeman wins the Rumble
>Codester draws record profits facing Reigns
>Cody wins and makes the WWE title Big Eagle or Big Gold (just for his run)
>GOATy says he made a deal to bring it back, and since he's all about opportunity and doesn't want to hog the spotlight, and knows how much it means to talent who are in the spot he was once in, he's putting the Universal belt back in circulation,
>American Nightmare says King of the Ring will be for the Universal this year
>GOATman then has a dimes reign with Big Eagle or Big Gold
Extra
>Babyface has underdog story to win KotR
>Babyface wins
>Theory cashes in instantly and steals the belt, injures babyface
>Theory reigns for a little while, babyface returns to challenge, wins it
