Santino tried to confront Jim about their previous issue under the guise of "working things out", but he tried to do it in an unnecessarily forceful way (he refused to just either walk away, or let Jim walk away after it was clear he didn't want to work anything out)
Jim on the other hand, did the bitchmade thing where he yelled at Santino in public to try to sound tough, but also simultaneously is clearly yelling to get attention from persons nearby for possible protection in the event that the confrontation got physical
They both looked bad that day, but for very different reasons
