As a guy who has this fetish, you don't need to feel obligated to think this way. In my experience women are far more hypocritical in this aspect. I also went bald but I like it because I just do, I've found it sexy since I first started showing interest in women as a pubescent lad.
I kinda wish more women liked bald men though. For me, it's sort of an added nakedness. Removing a woman's hair is like removing another layer of clothing hiding her head. I've found that shaving videos and a woman removing a wig does about the same thing for me, so that's my best hypothesis as to why I think this way. Bald = naked. Naked woman = sexy.
Also the utility of it is hard to deny. No smothering hair all over the place, definitely none in your food. And she can put on a bunch of wigs and look like many different women, so it's a little like sleeping around but you're still being faithful. Like a shapeshifter wife, finding both her disguises and her true form attractive.
I've met a woman who's shaved her head before and seems to be into me for some reason, so I'm hoping I can take things further and maybe come out to her about this once we're dating. If it gets that far, which I don't know that it will because when has that ever happened?

Yeah, I'd wear a hair system if I thought it would be socially acceptable. But I fear that women will say I deceived them or something despite it being common for women bald due to alopecia and other hair loss disorders to wear wigs and not reveal it to their partners until a few dates in at the least. So instead I opted for a transplant (even though I balded way too rapidly and too young, so the hair I have now is shitty thin hair since there was no other way to get full coverage I guess) and continuing to comb the rest over to give an appearance of thicker hair. I also never leave the house without a hat anyways. The transplant was kind of useless overall, I probably should have just opted for the hair system in the first place but I let the surgeon talk me into it, even though he should have known and told me that he could never give me a convincing surgery.
