Speaking as a black guy, femcels definitely exist. I'm not sure if they exist outside of black women but there are a lot of black femcels. They're usually ugly as hell and got rejected by the black boys they liked when they were kids. They didn't want to accept that they got rejected because they were ugly and convinced themselves that they were rejected because their skin is dark or because black men just loathe black women.

These femcels go on to have a genocidal-level hatred of black men while worshipping the ground white men walk on. Unfortunately white guys usually aren't into black women like that so they usually get used as fleshlights by abusive racists or they're so ugly that white men won't even use them for sex, so they end up facing harsher rejection from white men than they ever faced from black men.

Obviously this causes a deterioration in their mental health and they just get more and more extreme until even white supremacists are put off by their behavior. When they hit their late 30s and 40s, they start YouTube channels where they stalk black men coming out of spas or black guys with their non black girlfriends and film them. Those are the ones who can't get a white man to look at them. The ones who CAN get a white man usually sit alone in their rooms and record themselves going on manic, anti-black male (and often anti-black female) tirades and brag about being used as a hole by different races of men. Most black men are fine with your race. I don't know where this stereotype that we hate black women came from, since like 85% of black men marry black women and around 80% of black men who are cohabitating with a woman are cohabitating with black women. All it takes for a man to be an incel is a few slightly below average physical traits or personality quirks and 95% of the female population instantly thinks they're too good for him.
To be a legitimate femcel though you need to be obviously physically deformed or have some kind of crippling disease (that also makes you ugly).
