Just leave, itll just make you insecure and have a bad influence on your mental health. Also avoid Any Forums and Any Forums (outside of /film/ threads), extremely bad for your mental health and you as a human being but addictive - the junk food of Any Forums.
/lit/ is a good influence board, so is Any Forums, /x/ has /omg/ which is more high iq than most of Any Forums but /x/ as a whole is low iq, /tg/ is fine and a good influence generally etc. look for those quieter niche boards.

They place gives you unhealthy views about sex and women, actively encouraging you to be misogynistic as possible. This is all part of the crab in the bucket thing, if you are misogynistic then you are socially crippled and you arent finding a gf.
There are also e-girls, and drama gossip surrounding them including the guys who hook up with them in discord and /soc/. People just worship the e-girls and talk to them, giving them attention.

I used to post in /aids/ but the quality went to the void once the tech for image generation became available to the public. The thread quickly became a nest of gacha addicts rolling for the next amalgamation resembling their waifu. This happened in less than a week. Luckly I knew this would happen eventually so I had already moved to other niche gaming threads. Jaypee also has doll and kig thread wich are pretty nice.
I wish to eventually move to /mg/, since math filters out all the retards and I can help other people out (I also like posting on /wsr/).
I haven't been able to find a proper replacement for /dpt/ and Any Forumsee in general, though. Nanochan is down most of the week and it's kinda the same thing, and lainchan lacks anime girls to the point it looks like stackoverflow but that's just a (me) problem.
