They have a sense of morality and try to live by it. They have high standards for a partner but those standards are not about looks and extroversion, they are about personality, intelligence and morality
Drug #1 might be fun for a while, but society as a whole would degrade even further than it has already.
Drug #2 seems like a straight upgrade for the women of today with no downsides, so let's go with #2
