They would become hermits, monks, or join some bandit group to rape somebody on a trail. It also depends on your social class and status, obviously they weren't as concerned to arrange a marriage with the youngest brother of a noble family, not carrying the line and all that. You might be married off as a part of diplomacy, most marriages in noble families where about establishing social connections, they couldn't care less if you

If you really where a ugly social outcaste that nobody liked, as long as you had some guts rape was a genuine option. It was incredibly easy to get away with then.
