First step of that is finding a mate.
Is there anything you can legally do that will ensure you find a mate?
No, you are either born with a singular attribute that determines desirability or you can try and purchase a mate by amassing a large sum of money.
The latter comes with the horrible knowledge that you are not found to be attractive, just the money you have.
Sadder still is that just because you have found a mate, does not mean she actually wants to procreate let alone commit to a monogamous relationship with you regardless of her attraction to you.
