You can change everything about yourself, from your eye color to your anxieties to your bank balance. On top of this, you can change everything and everyone else in the world, and I mean everything. Elon musk can become a reclusive eunuch monk. Aliens arrive tomorrow. The united states becomes the confederate union of bronies. Anything.
I would spawn a hyper intelligent AI on Earth, make it friendly to me, and then just live my normal life while it takes over the universe. Oh I'd make an FTL loophole too.

Your question is a trick OP. If a dev console exists, that means there are likely other admins. If you were to alter reality beyond what's reasonable, you'd probably be identified and reprimanded, contained in a gods stone paradox cage for all eternity if not perma-banned and removed from existence entirely.
I would do sensible things. I would drive a 488 pista and I would start a company that designs and manufactures cost efficient carbon capture filters for coal power stations and that reinvest a modest amount of it's profits into it's reforestation division which rejuvenates woodlands. I would pay myself a few hundred thousand dollars a year and own plot of land in the country.
Of course I could achieve all this already if I really committed my time and energy to it, even if I had to settle for working for an existing entity and relegating myself to a preowned 458 spider.

If I had super powers I would choose teleportation. I would want to teleport with gear to the Moon, Mars, the International space station. I would dedicate my teleportation powers to advancing the cause of interplanetary travel.
Nothing to crazy cause I dont want the world to turn to shit. Id make myself more attractive obviously, more charismatic and make my IQ increase by 50%. If I increase it to much I might get to a point where I cant relate with anyone . Like a human relating to a ape.
