i'm not sure of this. I'm not sure i believe emotional labor is something women actually do for men. They just say it always as a complaint when they want men to not express their feelings so that women can maintain a one sided relationship where they're the only ones able to express their emotions and get to have essentially an authoritative parent listen to their problems.

The socioeconomic mobility is vastly vastly overrated and the billionaires you are led to believe built themselves up completely often came from immense opportunity already (Bill gates being in one of the few high schools in America that had access to a computer as well as from a father with business connections and who was wealth).
