Sounds about right. I have coffee daily even though it's bad for me and I've fucked it up more times than I can count. Try normal black coffee, tiny spoon of sugar. I can't deal with adding regular milk to it, just makes it taste weird. Powdered milk is fine however.

For the average person, yes. But I've got really bad anxiety and depression and I use the caffeine for a productivity boost, as soon as it wears off my anxiety gets worse and I start spiraling the rest of the night. But it's the only way I get things done now.
