I don't trust religions/ideologies. I was like this from a really early age. One time as a kid I stole my neighbor's statue of the virgin mary and started dancing with it. She called my mom all upset telling her how blasphemous I was, and she was right.
Calling yourself an anything-ist is mental slavery. In any given situation in your life, you have to do what's right, there is no ideology that has all the answers for everything. Pretending that there is such a thing leads to really disgusting results too. Religious leaders, politicians, they're all completely disgusting, and the reason they get away with it is because they get people to "believe" in things uncritically.
You have to face life head on. In politics that means speaking the truth as best you understand it on every issue, regardless of who it pisses off. Keeping silent about something because "your side" thinks differently is immoral. On the other hand, being one of those people who adopts a label like "communist" or "catholic" while being a free-thinker, but just twisting the religious/ideological texts to suit whatever conclusion you yourself came to, is dishonest.
So there's no way out: to be a grown ass man, you gotta quit these damned ideologies.

Do you make more money than GDP/capita? If you do, then you're worse off under communism. You're worse off if not too but I really don't have time right now to get into that kind of debate so I'll just concede it immediately. Personally, I make quite a bit more than GDP/capita, I would be strictly worse off under communism.
Beyond that, under capitalism I can ask for a raise, I can ply my trade elsewhere, or I can simply not work. What you're missing is that you're making a trade when you work somewhere. You're trading your labor for money. If you don't like the terms of the trade, you have no obligation to go through with it. You can start your own business if you want. Communism doesn't allow any of that choice.

Yea THE BOSS is just an evil entity and not a person. They just take a bunch of money and dont reinvest into the company. The value isnt the company itself, its actually that the evil entity can take as much money as it want whenever it wants because thats how companies work. The evil entity has basically invented an evil hamsterwheel with no hard work or risky investments to keep it running, and youll spin that wheel while evil gets fatter and fatter because the evil entity is always guarateed way more wages because every company is like amazon and microsoft

The main goal in communism is to make everyone a worker.
