Capitalism also does not depend on a lower class to do "shit jobs" that's never been the case. In the past most jobs were so easy kids could do them and they did, they didn't earn a lot because it was easy but time consuming work and we still have that nowadays those jobs are not meant to be your permament profession but a stepping stone in building you up.
