Join the fat general in Any Forums. Keep track of things there, it might be as close a good environment you can join as possible to track and learn things about weight loss. Figure out why you want to lose weight. If someone tells you that losing weight for women is retarded, they are the retards, it helps. It might not do the trick, but it helps a lot if you are fit - again, it might not do the trick.
They have all the info there, but start by stabilizing your weight. Figure out how much you have to eat a day, your bodyfat%, get your TDEE, change some stuff around your diet, if you don't wanna give up the junkfood, at least eat within your daily caloric intake and go from there.
I'm not even sure you want help but here are my 2 cents.
