I also generally collect milsurp. There's some practical stuff I own in case I need it, like an AR and ceramic armor, but I have some older shit I genuinely don't need and have it solely to enjoy them as range toys or larping with expired vietnam-era flak armor in my room like a dumbass. Picrel, me with tastefully obscured face during such dumbass larp sessions. I even wore sunglasses underneath so my eyes wouldn't be visible.

Yup! Harvestmen are often called/referred to as daddy longlegs. The actual spiders that tend to be called daddy longlegs are usually cellar spiders. Harvestmen aren't venomous though and instead have claws where a spider would have fangs(which is what spiders evolved their fangs from anyway). Pic related is the chelicerae(the official word for those claws) of a species of harvestmen.

Vinyl records. Been collecting for over six years now and have over 600 with ~150 more set aside to either give away, sell and/or trash. 95% of it is used because fuck collecting new records, shit's expensive enough already I'm not spending $30+ every time I want a physical copy of an album. I am currently out of space for more so the collecting is on hold for now unless I want to have crates of records sitting around.

Those're all pretty cool guys. Super smart for their size, I've had weird ideas about trying to selectively breed them for intelligence, lifespan and size before. Them and wolf spiders. Also jumping spiders can be really cute.
