Why cant I handle heat?

I'm a 30yo normal-weight incel but I cant handle this latest heatwave at all. 5 minutes outdoors and I feel like I'm dying. The exhausted feel just overwhelms me and it almost hurts in my heart.
It has affected my mental state too. I'm depressed, anxious, depressed, aggravated and I've lost my sense of presence because I feel like I'm in a hot box being tortured with no way out. Sometimes I get fight-or-flight due to heat.
I'm posting this because normies seem to genuinely enjoy the heat and they have the same body as me so why is my experience of the same reality, once again, the opposite to the normie?

In my defense this is the hottest August my country has faced in 90 years. Last summer was the hottest in 70 years. Something's definitely up with the weather not just my health.

>go to the store
>it takes you an hour to recover from it

This doesnt feel good How can anyone enjoy it

>In my defense this is the hottest August my country has faced in 90 years
How hot is that?

I can handle heat fine so long as I'm not exercising, if I am then it can get a bit tough. staying hydrated is really important.

>How hot is that?
100% more degrees (double) than normal.
If I post actual degrees some Floridan or Texan asshole is just gonna screech about how it's "not even hot"
The feeling of hot and cold is relative and subjective so it doesnt matter what temp it is.
10C feels nauseating after months of -20C.

sleep through the day if you can, the heat will still be uncomfortable but at least you can just relax with an icepack

>10C
what the fuck, user, that's cool. I let my room get above 30C routinely when it gets warm, just because I'm too cheap to run my AC, and I'm not even from the South, I'm in fucking Wisconsin.

>I let my room get above 30C routinely when it gets warm

Just checked, it's 27C in my room. I'm naked, panting, and sitting in front of the fan.
Our bodies clearly take it differently.
I wanna fap but I cant, might get a heart attack

You know what I hate most about this shit? It feels exactly like having high fever. Worst feeling in the world.

>what the fuck, user, that's cool.

After -20C it is not. Your body starts creating anti-freeze agents and tries to warm itself so much that if the weather suddenly changes you'll feel hot

it's extremely cold for 9 months here and then extreme heatwaves for 3. Guess which I'm adapted too

I feel cheated.

The temps we're having rn arent normal for August.
We literally didnt get a fall this year. And its my favorite fucking season.
I'm gon rebel and riot. Not gonna work until I get my comfy fall.

>I'm naked, panting
>I wanna fap but I cant
user-kun, some people might take that the wrong way

>If I post actual degrees some Floridan or Texan asshole is just gonna screech about how it's "not even hot"
It's not hot, stop being a fag
>t. southern user

Food for thought:
I had to work outside for two weeks straight very recently. I do blue collar work. Those two weeks it was around 100F (something like 38C) with high humidity the entire time. You get used to it with continued exposure, but it's never pleasant.
>africans and south americans endure this kind of heat year round with no air conditioning

>with high humidity
some years ago I went on a road trip out West and made the brilliant decision of spending a few days in Death Valley NP around this time of year, in late August. It was in the mid-120s. (Low 50s C, for Yuros) The AC in my car didn't even work.

It wasn't nearly as bad as 90 degrees with 100% humidity though, not even close. All you had to do was put down a few gallons of water a day and you were fine, you never even got sweaty since it it evaporated so quickly.

>its not even bad you get used to it

It's been 3 months now and it's starting to feel worse now than it did in the beginning.
My body isn't adapting - it's deteriorating.

I would literally be soaking wet with sweat by lunch time. Miserable experience.

>brilliant decision of spending a few days in Death Valley NP around this time of year, in late August

I like how everyone pretends August is a hot summer month.
Here in Finland it's usually a cold fall month.
That's what pisses me off. Climate has changed and Finland has gotten a mid-European August where it's still warm.
Summer is like a month longer than before and I hate summer.

no you wouldn't, actually. Like, if you got a cold can of soda or a beer or something and sat it on the table next to you, no water condensed on it. It evaporated too fast. (and your drink would be warm inside of two or three minutes, so bottoms up) Your body's the same, you're hot, but you're never sweaty or sticky, it's like being in a clothes dryer.

For me, this summer was shitty mostly because it's the first time I didn't go visit my best and only friend (or the contrary) because he settled down with a thot and her two kids and started binging TikTok videos instead of even turning on his computer.
Staying indoors, with no AC, curtains closed, sweating bullets, getting shit sleep was just the icing on the shit shit cake.

>Normal weight
Stop lying to yourself, fatass.

You sound like an unhealthy faggot that blames hot weather for feeling like crap.

Only old people and people with serious health issues are allowed to complain about a little heat.
