this is pretty much the general idea I had for the game night thread I brought up earlier, except mmorpgs are pitfall timesinks and I'd rather play short, replayable games with robots.

Last time I joined a guild containing r9k members I got stalked, it crashed as a result, and then I had to deal with admins because they kept trying to follow me.
Also, this . You want briefly playable games that don't require any real start up to join or any real time to keep up with people. This makes MMOs the worst option for this stuff but board games and the like the best. You could try DnD on any of the apps and just give someone a lvl'd char when they join late but that would still require people show up consistently and routinely and you're asking rejects and fuck ups to be consistent and keep up with everything going on.
You either want a legit guild or at the very least one off of the gaming boards where it's your particular flavor of dedication when it comes to MMOs.

Its really fun action combat and if you have good luck it's insane

You can do the free trial and it's playable for the base game and whole of the first expansion. Its an alright game but not as amazing as most people state

People that claim it's good either remember when it wasn't but wanted it to be then it was and so will shriek that singular moment from the rooftops or they paid for the whole deal and skipped basically everything from the initial campaign the next expac and maybe the one after that. And that's assuming that game is your jam or not because it either very much is or very much isn't.

Not very socially. You can't start parties as a trial member. You'd have to get a subscriber to start a party, add everyone, and then leave. Or find a robot that subscribes.
