i've been skinny my whole life. i never have an appetite, especially if i am busy or focused on something. coffee and tea makes it worse, but it may help some of you anons looking to lose weight.

very few people have the iron will to just be hungry and bored and sitting at home and not give in and eat. its much easier if youre busy with something that keeps you moving.
framing diet as the most important thing isnt really right. unless youre a natural skeleton, sitting around doing nothing but looking at a screen will make you get fat inevitably. just being vaguely on the move will burn calories and not give you time to eat. like half you ever walked for six hours? you can go surprisingly far.

I had rice cakes with peanut butter for breakfast then after I went to the gym I had some seaweed then for dinner I had a burrito and some tomato soup
