What kind of dystopian shithole has these employers?
I work home office and no one cares whether I work 8 hours as long as I am meeting goals.

Employers that do this are genuinely retarded. You are not entitled to every second of someones time even when they're on the clock, even if you would like to be, no court in the world will back you up on that "oh no sandra stopped to scratch her nose, tough shit get over it" is essentially what a court would say. Don't want people to go to the bathroom? Okay, the employees should start pissing and shitting where they work. Clean it up? Sorry they're on the clock that's not in their contract boss.
Even if you payed insanely good wages, nobody would actually adhere to this stupid shit. And you don't, you pay garbage at minimum or just above, so you get minimum effort and giving a fuck by your employees. Tough shit fag

these niggas gonna get sued

>n-no OSHA is bad
>I don't need laws to protect me, my employer will treat me right, we shook hands

>What kind of dystopian shithole has these employers?
United States of Cuckland

Doesn't matter what a court would say. Most hourly jobs in the USA are on what's called an "at will" basis, meaning the employer can fire you for any reason other than something like your race. Even if it wouldn't be legal to fire someone over something like this, all the employer/boss has to do is say you're not being a team player or something and they're off the hook. This is why workplace discrimination cases are near impossible to pursue outside of salaried positions

In France, even the commute is considered part of your working hours. The USA needs another revolution or four like the French.

All the fucking time. I would get my lunch, bring it to my desk, eat it and then clock out for an hour. I would often take "shits" and just play games on my phone, then to get some exercise I would walk up and down the stairs and around the other offices I didn't work in. Sometimes I would also go floor to floor seeing what snacks they had in each vending machine.

I work from home now, and I'm salaried, so no more punching in and out. But I play vidya games, take naps, hit the gym, go for walks, cook an entire meal, do all sorts of shit while I'm working. Feels good man.

hr wants to install monitoring software on your computer, comply or be fired.

I don't live in burgerland user, but regardless just go get another fucking job. People don't have to put up with that garbage, the only reason they think they can get away with it is that people put up with it. The job is not good in the first place and everyone working somewhere like this knows it, they just put up with it because its scary to not have a job and it takes some effort to go find a new job so ultimately they don't bother and just accept the conditions which leads to worse conditions consistently. And because retards all have some weird sense of superiority, they want to have people they can look down on and see as beneath them, so you get people working shit warehouse jobs or whatever with terrible conditions but they wouldn't even consider working at mcdonalds or whatnot, likely with better conditions, because they see it as beneath them

other jobs are just as bad, the boomers think you are their slaves while on the clock.

I go out of my way to always use the washroom when I'm not on break. Night shift, and the night shift overseer is super laissez faire. Like 5-8 people in a big ass store, everyone does their own shit except for the first hour and a half.
One coworker sometimes randomly wanders to the break room for a couple hours to nap, punched in. Nobody gives a SHIT there and I fucking love it. Only exceptions are the two autists if you're slacking off next to them, but besides that even they don't really care much

lol wagies on suicide watch

>even the commute is considered part of your working hours
holy shit that must be so nice
any other european countries have this?
I know italy has bretty good worker rights and such, I bet they might

nobody has ever said that, though

ever since the stupid COVID thing started and we got sent home I've been paid to play vidya, fap and poop.

I literally do the bare minimum to not get fired in like 2 or 4 hours and spend the rest stealing from kikes.
