I never asked a girl out in my life not because im afraid of rejection, but more of making the girl feel uncomfortable/awkward.
I feel if a girl im not attracted to asked me out to lunch, id pro still go. i do understand there is less danger compared to random man picking you up at night in his vehicle and letting him know where you live.
