B12, who takes them

Weird stuff, been taking b12 vitamins for a few weeks, it fucking cleared my mind, don't know what's happening to me.
No more talking to myself, no more racing heartbeat, can sleep normally, my head is sooo clear, didn't even touch my ssri.

Anyone experienced something like this..

Now start taking 5.000 IU Vitamin D a day and some Magnesium Biglycinate and you'll feel like another human bean.

Sounds like you had b12 deficiency. Cobalamin is necessary to keep your body's health in check and is necessary for not just your metabolism but secondarily and tertiarily for your CNS's health. Were you just eating like potatoes only before?

No, scrambled eggs
Am not a meat eater.. Occasionally now and then, that was my suspicion, lack of any meat

I did take vit D but someone here said it could create kidney stones, don't know if true.

But fuck even my negative attitude has changed, am more zen like, more relaxed..

My anxiety got unbearable a few months ago. I think it was hypoglycemia + lack of sleep + overtraining. Got prescribed benzos. Didnt want them for reasons. Started reviewing my diet, too much calcium from milk for one. Did changes here and there. A lot of research too. The things that have helped me the most so far
>copious amounts of chamomile
>magnesium glycinate
>b1 (thiamine)
>beef liver (b12)
>zinc glycinate
Magnesium, zinc and thiamine are extremely important for metabolism. Your mitochondria will be thankful. All B vitamins are important but it seems b1 and b12 are the most common deficiencies in people. Subclinical deficiencies seem to be common. The modern diet is rich in calories, poor in micronutrients.

To be honest I still don't feel 100% healed, but it's manageable now.

How much are you taking OP?

Based. Plus Zinc and K2.

High Vitamin D gives you hypercalcemia, that's why you take it with Vitamin K and Magnesium to keep the calcium in the bones where it belongs.

Well eggs should have b12 too so maybe you had an issue in absorbing it. That also happens sometimes. Normally lots of foods are fortified with it, including breakfast cereals. Glad to hear you're doing better, OP. It's good you caught it early, later symptoms can include vision and hearing loss(through damage to the optical nerve and so on) and cognitive decline + lesions in the spinal cord and brain.

b12 is hard to absorb for some people. Even meat eaters get deficient.

vitamin b12
it makes your life swell
protects you from bad things
makes your life go ~ding!~

Most people don't eat meat, they eat goyslop made from factory farmed "meat". A grass-fed cow is infinitely more nutritious than whatever shit they sell at your local Shartmart.

What the actual fuck are you talking about? B12 is hard to absorb for some people. It doesn't matter what the source is. Grass meat doesn't have significantly more B12 than factory meat.

Not that user but I think the 'intrinsic factor' thingy that is used for iron absorption is also needed for b12. Mental sress is a factor in weak gut function.

You can tell me whatever you want, an animal raised on basedbean hulls for 9 months before getting slaughtered will never compare in terms of nutrition in comparison to actual freerange, pasture raised alternatives.

Makes sense, I also know a lot of breakfast cereal just has pieces of actual fucking iron in it to fortify it. Just bits of iron grain instead of more organic iron(like in hemoglobin) when they fortify it. I'm certainly you can still absorb some of its iron but its bioavailability is probably hurt quite a bit from that. I wouldn't be surprised if there were other issues in things like breakfast cereal that hurt its bioavailability.

>he doesn't know how to read
Take your pills

>Tries to absorb nutrients from food without nutrients
>Blames bad genes for lack of absorption
It's ok user, not everyone has to be intelligent, there is also a use for you.

Yeah, when it comes down to it truly there is no better advice than A BALANCED DIET. As in, including fucking everything not hyper processed. All organic foods and meats. Tea, amongst other things hampers iron absorption, possibly other minerals too. I think garlic can help with that by altering some things in your gut, it makes absorbing iron easier and increases RBC turnover too. Also citrics, they always advice eating iron foods with citrics.

>wouldn't be surprised if there were other issues in things like breakfast cereal that hurt its bioavailability.
Also I heard milk itself may prevent some nutrients from being absorbed.

Seriously, I'm worried about you. Take your pills user.

ive been taking tongkat ali + fadogia. it made me coom in my gf a lot over the past week. sex is unironically fun lads.
b12 is good for you but you need complex carbs and protein dense foods for b12 to work.
