I'm a Latino and I find it hard to envision myself dating someone that isn't also of Latin descent. I could date Whites but it would feel a bit odd, I have a thing for Blacks but the cultural differences would probably be a bit much, and Asians feel completely foreign to me. Arabs and Natives barely exist in the US so I don't entertain them much.

Arabians and Egyptians in my experience are incredibly controlling with their kids. Really demand respect, strict schedules, I've even had them ask me for my parent's contact information when both me and her were already adults. I've seen similarly strict but maybe more lazy or less effective strictness from Hispanics, Italian-Americans, and Asians. I got some guy friends obsessed with their own race and we'll talk about that. But the race of the girl I'm dating rarely matters until I have to meet their parents or relatives.
I'll see a middle aged WMAF and if she's got a thick accent it feels like he scooped her up cutting a deal with her Dad while working in Hong Kong. But I don't bat an eye if they're both Westernized.
