Lifting and working a job already raise you to the top echelon of autists, who have something like 20% employment, so there is a chance for you, if you really want to become a zogbot. Knowledge is just wisdom. If you take two people, one with 100 IQ and the other with 135 IQ, the latter will learn everything faster than the former and can learn things the other can not.
