no i just do full body work out 3 times a week. mostly stuff like bench, deadlift, squats, overhead press, etc etc

Any other recommendations for legs and glutes? I think that's my weak spot.
hip thrusts are great. i don't do anything else for glutes but i got a fat ass so i dont really need to.
for legs, deadlifts are good, squats are good, stiff leg deadlifts for hamstrings, leg extention for quads and leg curls for hammies. i never train my calves but that's up to you. i don't see enough results to keep doing it, i have cursed calf genetics.
DO NOT and i repeat DO NOT use any of those thot machines where you have to open or close your legs sitting, i think it's something like hip abduction machine, i forgot the name. THEY ARE USELESS. you're better off doing cable kickback variations if you want to train a different glute area.

i've seen a lot of people meme about bulgarian split squats, do not fall for the meme, they are horrible to execute and high risk of injury from tipping over. if you want something like that, just do single leg leg press on a leg press machine. never fully extend your knee on a leg press machine or you can say goodbye to your ability to walk.
