Lol you can just barely make out Israel being highlighted. I wonder why!

What would making food a human right even achieve? It's just sjw bullshit

We have insane excesses of it in the west and food is a major proponent in disease and weakness we don't need. A world that is well fed is a more efficient and strong one. Its a win-win.

US is based, everyone else is cringe. israel isn't really our greatest ally but at least they come through on stuff like this.

>Making goods and services a right makes them magically materialize
Positive rights are nothing more than "GIBBS ME DAT!!!"

Its the same gimmick as socialism. It will never catch on.
We are actually in the midst of a shortage right now. Covid fucked up the importing and exporting of goods. We are in no position to just give away billions of dollars of food to Africa. None of the countries that said yes are either. And Israel, well, not a surprise there

No country on earth is going to do something thats going to be an overall negative on their economy. Look at attempts to bribe Congo into not selling their land to oil drillers.
For decades Congo and other African countries were exploited for natural resources and now the UN is begging them not to sell their land for their own profit

Now, if it came down to making food a right (whatever the fuck that means), whos going to pay to transport that food? Countries that need it cant afford it and countries that produce waste can't be assed to coordinate it.

>one of the countries producing a ton of food doesn't want to pay for everyone else
Yeah, it tends to go like that
>also Israel kek

How is food a right? I am a communist but I can't understand this mentality.

Rights are not given by the government or somebody else lol, they are natural.

a net import shortage yes, bud regardless brainless muttniggers are still wasting an insane amount of food daily. and the US produces more than it needs with our without a shortage. Many countries are unaffected by the economics of food importing and trade war.
If anything these aid programs would be passed after things stabilize anyways.

nice get and good point. The majority of modern societal failings come down to can't be assed and overall apathy. Whatever. Accelerate.

Socialists argue for "positive rights". All "positive rights" imply that the government buys/seizes goods/services for those who are unwilling to buy these services at market prices.
These distortions in the market have downstream effects, almost always negative. The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

>Rights are not given by the government or somebody else lol, they are natural.
These are "negative rights" that you're describing.

I mean yeah, people are wasteful. What do you expect. Restaurants throw away most of their food. In my daily life I never waste a crumb of food because I dont want to and cant afford to. But here in America is also where there are rich farmlands and lots of livestock and factories that produce food. Africa is like a desert, nothing fucking grows over there. Its a waste to throw away resources by constantly sending food there. They wont ever be able to self sustain. In theory everybody should flee Africa, and then we should just nuke the fucking thing. Its a lost cause.

I feel that "positive rights" are nonsensical. If you can't do it for yourself, how can you possibly argue it's a "right"? If you can't fulfil a need of your own, it's a privilege that others do it for you. Not a right.

There are several west and east african countries that are sustainable and have stable markets. Not entirely sure where your absolutist bullshit is coming from buddy. Most of the countries are fucked right now but to even mention nuking the biggest continent on the planet is a level of autistic retardism I cant even tolerate. Please go back to school.

Food isn't a human right, that's stupid. something that can be scarce cannot be a human right.

Tell me, who is breaking human rights if someone's dies of starvation?

Congrats on becoming a libertarian.

so you want to enslave farmer and make them grow food for you because it is your right to have food?

>What would making food a human right even achieve?

Ensuring that Africa's population growth never stops. We NEED more sub-80 IQ niggers. It's a human right.
