well it's not my natural body type, i lift weights but dont care that much about diet, im 6'6 240ish now, im looking to get rid of the fat around by hips and titties

yeah my job I have been at for a few years is fairly physical, I was a little skinnier as a long term basically house-ridden neet

5'9 265 lbs, Hard gut, No visible muscles but I've got a physical labor job. Weirdly Flat chest, small nips.
Awful, awful fat distribution. Gives me an unsettling, semi-hour glass figure but the fat collects under my arm pits and my love handles instead of my tits and ass. Like I have a wide back cause of it. Ogre-like.
