Looks - The only thing incels think matters. Factually incorrect in my experience and in my observations of dozens of other men who get laid. Note that especially for casual hookups there is a "looks floor", sluts just wont fuck you if you are not at least as good looking as them unless you're have extraordinary charisma, and we both know you don't, because you're here. Women are more uniform in their tastes than men. As general guideline for facial aesthetics you want to keep your body fat and water retention low. You will be shocked at what a difference there is between 20%, 15%, and 10% body fat. You'll also want to figure out how to cut your hair and dress. That is a more involved topic but be aware for men grooming properly about 10-20% of your attractiveness, dressing is another 10-20%. Both depend on the girls preferred male aesthetic and how strong that preference is. Most girls don't have very strong aesthetic preferences in men, compared to a lot of us having a "type".
Being at least slightly above average in muscle is also key to attractiveness, but only if it doesn't compromise your bodyfat.
I know most of this will fall on deaf ears because most of you have self worth so low you can't even comprehend a reality where any woman would touch you, but even if it inspires one person to make an improvement in their life its worth it.
The next factor is probably the real reason you aren't getting laid, social:
Do not attempt to date or fuck women who use Any Forums. Just don't do it, its not worth it. Avoid overly socializing here because it's a total waste of time in your goal to acquire foid.
Women are very concerned about the social status of their mates. If you are irl friendless and never go out your chances of getting laid sink like a stone.
Nor going out and drinking also severely disadvantages you, especially if you just want to fuck. Most sluts dont primarily hook up with guys from Tinder now that COVID is over, they meet guys when they are drunk. Alcohol makes women even sluttier and even more importantly for you ugly fucks it lowers their looks threshhold. If you become comfortable going out you can get laid a lot with this method alone.
Having high social status by either having authority over others, unique achievements, or fame are the only things that break the "fat fuck rule". Status is in fact more important than wealth. Women want to fuck actors and musicians much more than they want to fuck Billionaires.
If you're on r9k you likely have none of this, your social status if anything is more likely to go against you, work on improving that.
I have 2 failsafe strats I've observed for very ugly/autistic men who have severe innate advantages. They limit your options but beggars cant be choosers, sorry that you got the shit end of the stick generically.
