Well I had another interview today and, obviously, I was rejected immediately. Not because of any ordinary reason however, it was because I was unvaccinated. I feel like such a fool for being too lazy and stupid to not get the vaccine after all this time but I truthfully never thought I'd need it in my life since I'm young and fairly healthy. Well I suppose I've learned my lesson now and I plan on setting up an appointment so I can move forward in life. Man why can't life just be easy...

P.S. Have you heard of that new game "Stray"? You play as a cat in some kind of futuristic city and it looks pretty cool. My only gripe is that you can't really freely explore but games where you play as an animal are rare so I may pick it up anyways.

Thank you for the encouraging words user! Also to be honest I'm applying for low level cashier and warehouse jobs for now since I literally have zero education or experience other than a HS Diploma. I really don't know if I should attend Uni or go to a trade school since I have absolutely no income and I'd surely go into debt if I tried it. I'm kind of stuck between making enough money to move out out of state then go get an education up there or work in my current state, get an education, and then move out. I was also thinking about seeing if I could get one of those "student loans" but to be honest I have no idea how they work and my family hasn't been very helpful on the matter. I just don't know what to do, user! My dream job is to work in a morgue and maybe even one day become a pathologist but I doubt I'll ever get there.

Sorry for the rant friend, I wish I could express my thoughts more coherently. I shall employ your luck in my next interview though. I have a good feeling that it'll help.

It's common for highschoolers to apply without fully understanding the loan system and learning from their college's program. Student loans are federally backed which are either subsidized or unsubsidized.

I don't know whether to tell you to do trade school or college, it depends on what you want from life. If you want college, i'd worry less about the loans and just make the applications first. They take time and you'd have plenty of time to learn about the financial expectations as you continue. Student loans are not exacted from the loaner during education and for the first 6 months after you complete your degree. Ever since covid, student loans have been placed on "hold" for an indeterminate amount of time, i.e. if you have a loan nobody is debt collecting or applying interest to the principle balance.

If you go the college route you should take some SAT or ACT exams, study for them and take them several times to get a good score. You should do volunteering and record the hours. Lastly you should contribute to some scientific or studious group. This is if you want to get into a good college. If you're less picky, you can do less.
