Why do American companies not want people to be skilled? Why do they think charging me this much money when Im not a student is acceptable?
Fuck AutoCAD/NX10
just download it free ya doofus. why would you ever pay for software?
these forums and other people say that autocad and siemens have more advanced anti-piracy countermeasures than your average cracked program
not that they don't want skilled people, but people know that they have no other choice but to use/pay for stuff like that, so they bump up the price to get as much money as they can... just how it is
proprietary-software cucks will defend this.
whats your opinion on that, do you hate it?
i 100% disagree with shitty stuff like that but you cant do much lol maybe except pirating... dont give in unless you have to. its a shitty thing but as i said not much me and you can do
>these forums and other people say that autocad and siemens have more advanced anti-piracy countermeasures than your average cracked program
have you tried downloading it and seeing if it works, faggot?
it's said that Siemens and Autodesk aggressively sue people they see pirating
It's not a price for individuals. You pirate it until you have to publish something, then you purchase a month license before exporting.
see its too risky bro!!
here's what you do:
1. torrent it but set your upload rate to 0, just leeching. they can't sue you for exorbitant amounts if you weren't distributing it to others by seeding.
2. install and use it on a separate PC entirely disconnected from the internet. if it can't phone home, they can't know you're using a crack.
still too risky. he should just use FreeCAD
The worst part isn't even the price, it's that so many of the companies that create somewhere that is the de-facto standard in an industry don't even let you buy the software anymore.
just don't torrent unless using a VPN. then you'll never get caught with it
>install and use it on a separate PC entirely disconnected from the internet
this. set up another OS (win10 ameloriated for example) on dual boot and just don't use ethernet and never give it the wifi info. it will never connect to the internet. if you have a very good system, use a virtual OS
Skilled people made the application. If they don't charge you money then how will they pay the skilled people who made the application?
Adobe cloud costs $22 a month to use multiple bundles of software that professionals need and use. Even whhen they charged for the license it was less expensive than Solidworks
>VPN
snake oil. the VPN provider has your contact info and IP and will give them up when sued
i forgot the name of it but there was one people on Any Forums were recommending where you pay with crypto and don't make an account or anything, and it's hosted in europe and never gave up info before
anyway i never torrent. in college i had 3 roomates for years, and sometimes they would torrent a movie and the internet would get turned off until we called the ISP. happened like 5 times at least. direct downloading is much better. harder to find links sometimes but when you do, usually it's better. jdownloader helps
>you pay with crypto
that's why i specifically pointed out they have your IP. if you give them fake contact info they'll just give out your IP instead, at which point the procedure will be the exact same as if they had seen it in among the peers of a torrent.
>and it's hosted in europe
europe has the same IP laws as the US
>and never gave up info before
none of them do until they get sued. then they give up all customer info and open up another VPN provider under a new name. that one, naturally, can claim that it has never given out customer info (wow). rinse repeat.
