i ended up going to the hospital last week and just saying to the receptionist 'I'm suicidal', I talked to a social worker and psychologist and they set me up with a counsellor. Its the best thing ive done. I still want to die but it feels good to be getting help. Suicidal stuff is too much to deal with on your own, you dont need to talk to normies about it, they will just pity you and treat you like a weirdo but talking to a trained person is very helpful, it's nice to feel understood and they have a face like 'ive heard this all before' which is very reassuring that you or I arent the only person getting followed by deaths hand
