Most brown people have very low empathy this results in very awful places to live as once brown people create a problem they lack the mental faculties to comprehend why they should stop it. Look at places full of brown people they are awful and the browns cant process why they are seen as awful to them the shitty conditions are normal because their lack of empathy means they think shitty conditions for human beings is fine as they dont care about anyone except themselves.
Basically imagine you had a building and gave it to brown people they would fuck up the building being brown people, you would then ask them to try to fix it the browns would become enraged instead creating excuse after excuse as to why they shouldnt fix it. You explain to them how the building issues could fuck them up in the future. The browns arent hearing it they refuse to actually help each other altrusticly rather than pragmaticly and simply yell at you for noticing the building is shitty in the first place.
