You're too smart for them. If you aren't finding people like yourself in your area, consider moving. Smart people concentrate in college towns and top-tier cities. If those are unaffordable, consider making friends online.
You could also move to a country with a different native tongue. Having to do the mental work to speak in another language will filter out a lot of the weird smart stuff you'd say. You're also automatically weird because you're an immigrant, so you don't feel as bad about not fitting in to the group you were born into. At least that's been my experience.
