My guess:
1. Confirm Dexter Lumis is signed to a WWE contract
2. The date of the next WWE draft
3. Adam Pearce being fired as an on-camera authority figure and being replaced with Cody Rhodes (to justify Cody's new contract and get him back on TV while he heals)
4. Deunifying the World title and tag titles on the whims of HHH and the proclamation of a World Title and Tag Title tournament that start after Clash At the Castle. Complete with Roman and the Usos being publicly humiliated by Hunter, who forces them to hand over the Raw World and tag team titles on live TV ahead of the Clash at the Castle as far as just straight up stripping them of the belts since IRL, Roman won't job or allow the Usos to job the belts to anyone.

That number 4 kind of makes sense. Roman has already played the COVID card to avoid jobbing to Brock Lesner, so I would assume Hunter knows he won't job to Austin Theory, let alone Karrior Kross or even Drew McIntyre. Or even Cody Rhodes or Johnny Gargano. Same with the Usos, who consider themselves untouchable with their drunk driving antics and shit.
Hunter basically waiving his dick around and publicly stripping Roman and the Usos of the Raw belts just because he can would both be him waiving his dick in their faces letting Roman/Usos/Heyman (and by extension Rock) know who's in charge and let him get his required burial of someone he hates out of his system that you just know he's been wanting to do since being made the guy in charge.
Bonus, if the tournament ends up putting the belt on Gargano which would be an added bit of insult to both Roman and Cody.

If Hunter is going to use Jewish tricks to get one of the belts off of Roman, it will be more humiliating than that. He'll announce Johnny Gargano vs Roman Reigns but Roman won't be at the arena (just the Usos). And when the Usos cry fowl about that being bullshit, Hunter will reveal that Sami Zayn has been his spy all this time and Zayn/Owens will beat the Usos for the Raw belts.
And when Roman doesn't show up to fight Johnny, Johnny gets the belt by forfeit and the following Smackdown, Roman gets humiliated when Hunter mocks him for thinking he was better than Hunter and is forced to hand over the Raw belt to Johnny and is made to publicly cuck and acknowledge Hunter as the true "head of the table" and Johnny as the better man, under penalty of having the Usos and Heyman fired if he doesn't bend the knee to Hunter.
