That is a better article in regards to authenticity and veracity, however the race-based size issue isn't the conclusion.

Replication crisis is beginning to be understood and accepted. Published can just be a pretty word if the study cannot be replicated, and unfortunately peer-reivew is only a basic remedy to this. It's not perfect but it's the new starting standard.

Well, I'll give you something, the conclusion of the scientists is that this field of research has not been very well studied and needs more profound research because there are lots and I mean lots of discrepancy between those penile lenght websites and maps I see around.
But doing this is hard because they would need to use the exact tools and measurement ways as other teams used and this almost never happen.
Yeah that's fair, and you may in fact be right that the dick-size race issue isn't truly a factor. But there'd need to be some proper research, and a good few years of it before social stereotypes can start being overturned.
