trans people actually age better than 99.999% of cis people because their sex hormone levels are stable throughout their life, whereas in most people they begin to decline as early as their 40s
cis people can counter this and age just as gracefully by supplementing testosterone/estrogen in their 40s, but almost none ever do. this practice will probably become more common, though
the problem with the looks of trans people is that they're often partially locked into their natal sex looks unless they start HRT at the start of puberty. they age fine - it's the period before aging that's the issue
