1. The ideal worker has a fair amount of those traits
2. Those traits can be acquired
3. You should apply even if you don't posses those traits anyway.

Consider this: there are people that lie in their CV and give fake references to become managers and they do get such jobs. Some learn and become good managers, some don't.
I literally can't lie. My mind and speech is default set to brutal honesty. I'd genuinely be able to climb a mountain easier than I could make up a lie about myself
