That's not how it works. While additives and preservatives might make a meaningful impact long-term, they don't matter for something temporary like weight loss. Eating fewer calories per day and exercising more is all you need to do assuming you're an ogre.
Cut the portion of fries down to 1/3rd the size, ditch all the shit looking mayo/sauce whatever the fuck that smeared on disgusting shit is supposed to be, and add a big heap of green veggies. That will be a start

Was just about to post this. OP it doesn't matter that your French fries have no preservatives get that shit off your plate. Super calorie dense potatoes boiled in super calorie dense oil. That shit is probably 600 cal right there, which is like a fourth of your daily needs. 25% OF YOUR DAILY INTAKE FROM A HANDFUL OF NONFILLING TRASH FOOD. if you really cooked it yourself, then start weighing your food as you make it and keep track of your calories.

I work in construction so even though i eat a shit ton of calories a day i manage to burn a good portion of it at work. Still overweight though ;-;
