I'm a Zoomer (over 18), and I think having children is hopeless these days.
Imagine you have a son. Chances are that in today's world his life will be miserable. Women are high-standard whores, everyone wants men to suffer. For my son, chances are he will end up a loser nerd incel the same as me.
The real problem comes from having a daughter. I've thought about this a lot over the years and I know this is obvious but women truly are retarded and hopeless. Even if I raised her right, even if I got her into nerdy interests and started her on the path of intelligence, even if I did everything perfectly within her first 5-8 years on Earth... Other girls and even the boys at school would slowly turn her into a slut. I would need to work double time to counter-act this and try to teach her why this shit is wrong but it really wouldn't work because at the end of the day parents don't raise their children anymore
If she continues down the path of being a girl who isn't a total slut and actually focuses on her studies, all that will happen is she will be bullied, harassed, mostly by other women but still. Her female friends will beg her to have sex with guys, just because it's "Fun". Her female friends will call her lame because she doesn't want to be passed around like a cheap joint and get riddled with STDs.
But the funniest thing of all my friends, the most ironic twist in all of this... is the men. If I have a daughter and I succeed in keeping her nerdy and intelligent... that means that the nerdy guys will be on her. and I think all of us here are first hand examples of why that is not good. Nerdy guys are fucking gross, sexually frustrated creeps! I know because I WAS ONE IN HIGH SCHOOL!
In conclusion. there is LITERALLY NO WINNING when it comes to have children today.

When you achieve a high status people no longer see you as a human being. When you are rich most people for the rest of your life will only talk to you because you have money. If you're a famous athlete, people only see you as an asset or something that can do tricks. If you're a celebrity, especially in a bigger role, people will forever project that fictional character on to you as if you aren't a real and separate person.
Suffering from success is certainly a real thing. It mostly stems from humans being selfish by nature though since if people weren't greedy for a rich persons money this wouldn't happen.
