I like feminism. It shits on simps and people chasing casual sex as a way to possess women, as some sort of value determination.
When you think about it society does condition men to view women as things to be won and determine your status. We're told to feel insulted if a woman rejects us, as if we're losers, instead of understanding her as a human having a specific goal/lifestyle in mind which we don't fit.
Getting out of that mindset is the best thing you can do. It's one of the best things I did anyway, I no longer care if a woman wants me romantically or not unless I want her too. And I stop caring about her romantic life if I find out she doesn't want me.

A company is different because we pretty much need a job to survive, to pay rent and put food on the table. But having a relationship with a woman is different, it's a matter of the individual needs of you both. Getting rejected for a job means you're one step closer to ending up poor and homeless, but getting rejected by a woman doesn't do anything except maybe lower your self-esteem. but it has no materialistic consequences.

You also shouldn't rely on the online sexual marketplace to give you value. Tinder is 80% male 20% female, there are no women there and that's why most guys have no luck and become suicidal thanks to getting no matches.

I just think that saying feminism discourages hook up culture and the value system that comes with it, is just bit off base.
