Their excuse is that they don't like feeling hungry and tired. Walking is easier to do and burns tons of calories too.

>eat 500 calories a day and im a lanklet

I seriously do not understand how people eat so much fucking food. I literally have to force myself to eat most days

my roommate keeps asking me how i do it and my only tip is just drinking water when i feel hungry but most people do not have self control and just eat whatever shit they can get their hands on.
the tea i drink is 60 cal because of the peach flavor and i eat mostly egg whites for my meals with rice.
its not hard people just dont want it that bad and want to complain instead

Handcuff yourself to a pipe and lose even more weight

>big deficit and still eating
Inefficient. Tea/water/coffee only or bust.

drink green tea every day, lose a couple of pounds every week. Still eat whatever I want.

Your sense of hunger is influenced by how much you eat and how long or short the period of time between eating is. If you fast frequently then your sense of hunger is weak but if you eat periodically throughout the day and in high amounts then your sense of hunger is far stronger.

This kokujin gets it.

thats literally just water weight. theres far more sustainable and effective plans out there.

job or i would
this is the way to go, if i eat its usually one small meal a day to hold myself over, but a majority of the time its water or green tea to boost metabolism
ive never been a big eater and regularly skip breakfast before this 'diet' so i guess thats why its easier for me

I'm white, but thank you fren (^':
Yeah and once you're not eating as much(assuming your diet in the OP is the one you're talking about) then your sense of hunger just gets reduced even further. Fasting in general seems to have a positive effect on reducing senescence(the damage accumulated to the body commonly associated with people as aging). Just make sure you avoid refeeding syndrome.

binge eating is definitely an issue i have had in the past but im gaining more control of my urges and drinking water when i am feeling hungry definitely helps me avoid unnecessary calories

Honestly you could also switch the water out for some kind of diet soda. Caffeine is a hunger suppressant. Coffee also works but it's also a diuretic.

Its just water you lost. Its gonna slow down from here on.
500 cals per day is starvation mode tho, and sustaining it if you have technical access to food is moral torture. Like being held in a room where lights never turn off. Some CAN sleep like this but generally its a good and effective way of breaking people. You are not normal, to not want to eat is a dysfunction of body.

i have weaned myself off of coffee as i was an AVID drinker im talking like 4 cold brews a day. the caffeine headaches from the withdrawal were hell at first but my digestive system works better with tea and water

Yeah and also stuff like sugar. It gives you energy, so it's like coffee but it makes you fat.
Eating to escape the feeling of your stomach being "empty" as well. Eating can be an addiction as well.
There's also the issue with exercise, that takes work. Even just going for a walk when you're miserable and sleep all day apart from waking up to have water, food and take a shit can be difficult. Your muscles get weaker when you don't use them as well, combine that with your colossal amount of fat and no, you won't be able to do basic exercise.
I'm not fat, but I understand. I'll never let myself get that far, because that scares me.
It's not so simple that you can just look at it as "lose weight, fatty." Funnily enough, they're looking at it the exact same way a normalnigger would look at some shut in NEET, judging and being completely unable to understand something that seems so simple to them. There's lots of reasons for it, things aren't so easy.

>be me
>not hungry if I don't eat for a whole day
>live with relatives
>they make food for me and i can't resist
That it, if i lived for myself i would just buy food for me, but since they tempt me to eat, I can't lose as much weight as I'd like

i used this
losertown.org/eats/cal.php
to calculate weight loss and the first two weeks was a lot of water weight lost but considering 3lb a week is what it calculated for me i dont really care if its normal or not
ive had eating disorders my whole adolescent/adult life so my relationship with food has never been great and i dont plan on recovering any time soon
sugar was a hard addiction to beat and sometimes i find myself succumbing to it. im 5'6" and used to be 120lb but with the pandemic and moving out on my own i gained 50lb and trying to slim back down.
its definitely hard considering exercise is fucking annoying and i hate doing it but i get regular cardio from my daily job, but i know what i can look like and have a goal that i want more than anything
just tell them you already ate or dont feel hungry/feel sick. not eating is easy when you have a goal in mind

500 calories isn't starvation though. At least it is true that the weight loss will slow down for two reasons: Firstly, fatty tissue has a cost to maintain itself so as you lose fat you don't need as much energy. Secondly your metabolism will slow down due to the lowered calorie intake but this can be rectified by maintaining some basic exercise. Your body doesn't want to slow its metabolism down if it's doing work regularly.
Tea works too, from what I understand proper tea(like from the original plant and not substitute "teas") contains caffeine as well. I'm glad the methanol my coke zero makes for me is so small that I'll never quit it (^:
See there is an interesting thing most people don't know about fat people. Fat cells aren't a storage medium like a warehouse is. Fat cells are living cells that play other roles in the body besides just holding onto fats for energy later on. The fatter you get, the more calories you need to sustain that amount of fat. So if you do get super fat then a major calorie restriction will make you sudden lose weight pretty quickly and it'll be sustained for a while.

If you have a hormonal issue, your body will metabolize your muscles, bones and organs, but retain ALL your fat, and then youll just die a fatass. Your coffin will be this freakish looking creature with bomes protruding out of a layer of what looks like thick nlankets under your skin. Like a skeleton draped in lard. Also, your eyes will bukdge out of your skull.

t. med student

i can either eat a lot or eat nothing
any food will just make my hunger just increase

Wait what hormonal issue are we talking about? The eyes bulging out makes me think of Graves' disease which is form of hyperthyroidism, isn't it?

why u talkin bout me on here nigga smfh

I will try to do 16 hr fasts and cut down to 1000 calories a day. Because my fat ass somehow gained 20 pounds in 2 months just by eating 2000 calories a day.
>inb4 you miscounted calories
Chronometer told me that I was eating 1600 a day, I am rounding upwards.

i eat the same food every day and use exact measurements to the gram on myfitnesspal to count calories

Are you sure it was 20 pounds of fat? There can be other means for gaining weight, like fluid retention.

I have this bad habit where I feel super hungry in the morning but then won't feel hungry past 3:00. I think that waiting until noon to eat will help me get my diet under control.

Yeah, I took the commitment back in February to lose weight. I have dropped from 265 to now 228. I have just been drinking water, and eating around 1500 calories a day with a little bit of exercise.

try eating one high calorie meal a day with water/tea any other time you feel hungry

congrats! keep it up that is great weight loss!
