this could be a sign of low blood sugar, elaborate more on your daily diet and maybe we could find your real issue, you dont have to be specific on calories or macro's, just a rough estimation of what you eat daily. :-)

honestly could be. I get extremely dizzy whenever I stand up and have the symptoms of low blood pressure. however every time they check at the doctors it's within normal level for some reason. I usually eat eggs with whole grain toast for breakfast, salad with white chicken for lunch, and steak with asparagus sometimes rice for dinner. what I eat varies but this is generally what I have. I've been having fatigue for a while but within the last 2 years it's been getting progressively worse I also started getting brain fog and memory issues which I didn't have before.

Sounds like diabetes but you said you get tested twice so idk user.
Maybe you have a nutrient deficiency? It's normal to feel a bit lethargic after a good meal, but not extreme.
Maybe have a cup of coffee or tea after you eat? Or just take a nap.

gonna let you know, its probably pre diabetes or diabetes. i bet the stuff you eat that makes you foggy headed and instantly passing out is either bread, meats with sweet sauce (aka chinese food) , processed carbohydrates (white rice, white bread, etc), or just sugary shit (chocolate, candies, etc)

you need to cut the sugar out of your diet and lose weight asap, or else full blown diabetes is in your future. possibly is already a reality for you.

here's a weird, but telling test that will prove you probably have diabetes. After you eat, and fall asleep, go take a piss and taste a little bit of it (no this is not some prank, im serious). If your piss tastes sweet then your body isn't filtering out sugars properly and you'd better cut the sugar asap.

Try a keto diet, you might think it's just a fad bullshit diet but it will help you lose the weight and get to a healthy body state where you can start eating carbs again, moderately.

yes, it's called diabetes mellitus, and you might have type 1 diabetes if it runs in your family considering how healthy your diet is (if you're not lying i mean).

you need to just avoid all carbs altogether for at least a week, and maybe even take a day of fasting to get your blood sugar back to normal depending on how fucked your kidneys are. Mind you, just because you're pissing sweet doesn't mean that you're gonna die, its a warning that if you dont get your shit on track you will start looking like those old fucks who wear compression socks and end up losing toes and shit.

don't go for the pills unless you have to, they fuck up your bodily system. Just have discipline and eat only meat and veggies and stuff with 0 sugars and 0 carbs. STAY AWAY FROM POTATOES AND "KETO" PROCESSED GOYSLOP FOOD! Anything that has a chemical in it instead of simple ingredients is probably going to fuck up your keto. (energy drinks, preworkout, ((protein powder)) etc)

if you're working out switch to simple milk whey protein from grass fed cows and omega 3 eggs. your body will thank me for it. You can do it user, I know you can!

lol I was kinda lying ngl cus I was hoping it wasn't diabetes. that is my diet usually but I also eat a lot of shit foods as well. it runs heavily on my moms side of the family but I'm seriously hoping I can reverse it man. I piss VERY frequently sometimes 20 minutes or less after drinking water which is why I found it odd that my blood tests were completely within normal levels. my piss is also foamy when I don't drink enough water which I assumed wasn't normal. do you think it's possible to reverse at this point? my main concerns are the fatigue and brain fog side of things because it feels like I can't get anything done anymore. I'll definitely get more tests done and try fixing my diet. I don't get much exercise due to anxiety which isn't an excuse but if getting exercise means feeling better I'll go for it.

oh and I forgot to add I'm only 18 turned it in august

You're 18 so your body is still strong. However for it to be that bad at your age you're probably a pretty heavy dude. I'm not going to get on your ass for it, but the best way to heal yourself of diabetes is to lose weight. You don't even necessarily need to get fit, just lose pounds. Like you shouldn't be more than 200 regardless of your height, much less if you're a manlet.

I know how you feel about having work out anxiety, people are shitbags and will always find a reason to look at you funny. You can either join a serious gym (a smaller one probably would be better than a planet fitness or whatever), a 24 hour fitness ( and just go at REAL NIGGA HOURS like 10pm - 2am shit when the other robots go to train because they hate people and cardio bunnies) or just do body weight exercises (push ups, squats, walking/jogging) and progressively work up to using whatever kinds of weights you might find around the house. (gallons of water.. 8 lbs per gallon btw, bags of sand/dirt/rocks, etc). if you're fat your body weight will be enough in the beginning.

You can do it man, especially since you're young. Hell if you dont mind being around swarthy niggers you can go to your local community college and sign up for the 'PE' class that deals with weights and get free access to their gym. but remember, Around Blacks, NEVER RELAX!

i weigh something like 140-145 at 5'6". i went to the doctor but my blood sugar was fine although i had elevated liver enzymes and after an ultrasound a bit of fatty liver (im a drinker)
