Why would my anticipated death year in 2010 be different than my anticipated death year in 2022? If I have 20 years remaining in 2022, then I would have had 2022-2010+20=32 years remaining in 2010, right? Then the deal would apply, removing the 12 years and giving me 20 years left, dying in 2030 instead of 2042.
