There are a good few english speaking chans, although they are very small and slow, I wouldn't really reccomend them.

no like/dislike system + anonymity means people are more likely to be sincere, even if it is rambling lunacy. imageboards are pretty cozy too and i feel like the people who use Any Forums are more likely to relate to me than people who use other social medias.
