Work is the enemy of progress and innovation. Had Rome not used slaves, they would have progressed to the modern era a thousand years ago and never fell.

I don't really agree with that, but I think civilization deserves to suffer if it means people don't have to fucking work.

Don't let them confuse you: industrialization is the product of civilization, and civilization is the penultimate evil of all conscious beings.

Not a big fan of work either but you understand that literally nothing can be accomplished without some form of effort.

Why do we have to call it "work", then? Why can't you play "productively"? What good is accomplishing anything if it means you dehumanize and torture yourself?

Don't let the kike colonize your brain, user.

Look at this picture im posting.

Everyone has a unique purpose and people are only good at what they love/enjoy/purely desire to do.

You belong inside an oven.

There's no such thing as productive play when you get down to it if you're not giving your entire effort into something it's going to come out bad. Yeah I did it slaving away until you're sold as husk for a multi-billion dollar corporation is not fun. But the concept of work or effort is should not be shunned unless you end up just as soulless and empty as the wagies.

"Do as thou wilt shall be the whole of the law"; this quote is misunderstood very fundamentally.

Desire pulls us to our destiny, but it is diluted and obfuscated and used to transform us into slaves.

I do agree with OP that freedom is the ultimate means of progress, though. A truly free person has no real desire to oppress those around them. I just consider civilization the ultimate tyranny of the individual.

If you enjoy your "work", and are exceptionally good at it, please tell me how it differs from "play"; you're falling for semantic traps that convince you being a husk is okay whatsoever. Effort is not intrinsic to work.

Just because you're good at something doesn't mean you don't have to put in effort, someone can be really good at designing architecture but that doesn't mean they don't put effort into it or that they view it as anything more than just a job. I was pretty good at making pizzas at Little Caesars but I hated it more than you could ever imagine and so I quit. I think you need a little bit more life experience before you go around trying to philosophize, but I think you're off to a good start anyway.

Exactly. All motives are love.

remove the tumour of tyranny from civilization.
Every human an almighty god

True.
Perfectly said.

Both of those anons were me, keep fighting the good fight, my freedom-understanding brother. Love you.

Anything I truly love takes no effort.
And much of what I truly love would take effort for those who do not truly love it.

There is a kind of effort that is not effort.
An ever growing energy that takes no energy. I would call it effort. I would call it love. Like perfect sex in theory takes energy but it only grows good energy. I do not think of it as taking energy.

The effort to avoid is the one that takes energy and builds bad energy. Making people do anything they do not wholly love is such an effort.

That effort MUST end. It is an EVIL and purely harmful effort!

Have a lovely all.

Were all in this together as all motives are love. In truth, all want the same thing.
True heaven for all on earth.

Valerie, why are you trying to fraternize with Yuno after you spread stuff about her here? It was you. I know it was you. You should be in jail.

*i would not call it effort
That which only grows good/loved energy.

"Effort" itself is another semantic trap; we can describe the tribulations of a labour of love in many ways, but none of them actually describe the flow of engaging in what you love, or the satisfaction you feel upon its completion.

To act as though some people should just be slaves or labourers or serfs is fundamentally evil, and an artifact and product of the evil that civilization introduces. You can spout all you want about technical and scientific marvels that wouldn't be possible without a mountain of abuse, exploitation and cruelty behind it; but for what?

i wanna fuck the jew girl so bad

Well obviously, there needs to be infinite other progress in infinite other ways as well.

Tho, if we can end work via UBI, cultured meats, thatll fix a lot. Itll free up time and power for people to create all the other progress as well.

Unfortunately, the goal of this multi-millennial system of structured resource-grabbing has nothing to do with creating an environment where all people can thrive and enjoy their lives properly.

Innovation and progress should mean less jobs and less work to be done. Naturally that ought to mean less people have to work, with the ultimate goal being that nobody has to work
