Are there people who don't have fetishes or are most people keeping their fetishes secret?
As far back as I could remember, I was sexually aroused by bondage. I can't explain why, maybe it's hard wired. I have never told a sexual partner or a friend or doctor about these thoughts. I don't have physical pornography. I don't even have files on my computer. It all just lives in my mind and in a deleted browser history on a computer that is locked with a password.
I know gays are public about it and that's why I hate them. Homosexuality is just a fetish and I think they should be closeted about it because this is a society and we are supposed to have dignity. Just like you don't take pictures of your used toilet paper and post it on Facebook, you also shouldn't tell people publicly that you like to get fucked in the ass. I don't care if you like it and do it in private. I care that you pay about it publicly.
But that's just my opinion.

I think the categorisation of fetishes is also just a societal construct. You are into whatever you perceive as normal, thats why people who arent exposed to fetishes domt develop them. You could say fucking hot chicks in missionary is their fetish, psychologically. Same with trannies and femdomfags, if you watch enough porn in that direction it will turn you on at some point.
Some things like male dominance or preference for bodyshapes (women like tall men) are so intrinsic to our genetics tho that they will manifest most often (on average).

Maybe I am biased because I like bondage too but I was always under the assumption that it was an entry level fetish like feet that most people wouldn't really bat an eye at if it was mentioned. As long as you don't go into the specifics of how you like the bondage people are unlikely to care much.

Well it depends. If you mean that the guy is dominant and the girl is submissive and in reality all your doing is slapping her ass and she had on a blind fold and fake handcuffs she can escape from them that's not a fetish, that's a costume for a theme party. But the porn I watch can get pretty extreme.

It doesn't necessarily have to do with normality. It's also derived from personal experiences. I knew I was a bit odd as a child, but I enjoyed it when I was getting dominated by an older girl I knew. I was fine being weird, because I still thought of myself as a man and rejected homosexuality. I think there are tons of men who don't have fetishes and just preferences. Real fetishism is rare. By that I mean, sexual arousal is highly defendant on the activity/thing. Take myself for example, I have a fetish for extremely large natural breasts. That sounds pretty common but it's not a want, it's a NEED. I do not find women without huge tits attractive at all. They could make themselves available to me sexually and I wouldn't feel anything.
Why do you think if you have a fetish you have to air right out to the world for everyone to know like you clearly do yourself? I have a foot fetish (kind of) but I don't make absolutely sure stra gers here know about it, do it?
