Ideal is 0. Understandable is 1-3. Once you hit 4-5 you've probably had casual sex at least once. Anything above that is just gross to think about for a potential partner.

Obviously 0 is best, but that's not really viable for a woman today. Just only have sex in LTRs (none of that "situation"ship BS where you are "taken advantage of") and you should be fine. As long as you aren't a psycho, you should meet your life partner by the fifth LTR or so max.

Yes there is obviously a bias and honestly it more or less explains the AWALT dynamic that the "red pillers" constantly mention. Still, our generation truly is special.
1) First to have had high definition, hardcore pornography streamed into their faces constantly. I started daily viewing when I was 9 years old.
2) First to have OLD at more than ~15% of relationships, to the point where a plurality of relationships are formed online and it's likely a majority will be by 2025 or so.
These two things, in combination, have led to a massive surge in hook up culture. The only women I know who didn't participate in college were asexuals. Literally, that's it. Call me biased if you want, but I hung out in the board game club and shit lol. Even those women are total whores (not for me ofc).

I knew several women in college who never "hooked up" with anybody. I know because of the way they conducted themselves in many different social situations, and because more than one of them clearly had a crush on me, yet never made a move even when they had perfect opportunities where I was drunk and we were alone. they would "drop hints", you could say, but didn't take action even then.

how do you know this? really think about your evidence for this. were there orgies at the board game club? no. so how do you know? just because they talked about swiping guys on tinder doesn't mean they ever even met one in person, let alone sucked his dick. statistics on tinder in particular are quite illuminating. there are few women on the platform and even most of those only for a short time. in other words, they install it, collect some attention, get weirded out because they realize it's just for hookups, and they drop it. and the anecdotes you hear about people finding their partner on there? that information only spread to you in the first place because it's UNUSUAL. it's newsworthy when people find something serious on a hook-up platform. most people find nothing. some people have lots and lots of sex and coerce others into telling them it's okay and that we're all having lots of sex. we collectively aren't. this is found over and over. people were having more sex in the 70s than today.

So you don't actually know and are just assuming because they weren't that direct with you personally? Approaching as a girl is still a faux pas, even if they are just looking for sex. It's a massive leap to suggest that means they never had casual sex, ever.

I embedded myself with the "cool kids" (of boardgame club, so lol) and was able to get most of the drama from them. Apparently they even had a "sex groupchat" where they all discussed their fetishes too. I sincerely wish that was shitposting, but they really did this and it was so cringe man. Apparently two of the couples in it had a pee fetish and were sharing it with people. Truly next level autism, hence why I was able to get with the "cool kids".
This is quite a digression though. I don't think the average college girl is exploring pissplay lol.
I didn't mention that I was in a fraternity because of the obvious sampling issues you mentioned earlier, but the people in the boardgame club were sincerely just as kinky and freewheeling about sex as actual frat bros. In fact, I think the frat bros were more romantic than them.

This is very true, and partner counts are going down and the average age of first sexual experience is increasing - even as gays are normalized (literally every gay man I have ever met go laid in high school, so they should bring the figure down some).
