Sorry it's been 4 or 5 years since I messed with linux. I decided I wanted to play new modern games bad enough that I nuked linux and put windows back on. I gave up trying to get games to run. It's fine if the game is 5 or 10 years old, but if the game is brand new, you might consider playing on console. Luckily I had a hardcopy of Win7 from a long time ago so it didn't cost anything to switch.
