sometimes things just are, without any further explanation. is it really so hard to accept that training is its own goal?

what are some aerobic exercises i can do in my tiny apartment? i'm too shy to do it outside and don't want to breathe car smoke

Exercising isn't good or bad.
It's a means to an end that I desire. I want to look good and have high stamina.

As replacement for a personality? Yeah. For the health benefits? Just be healthy fatso

>start lifting weights
>all of my chronic pain (mostly in my lower back) completely dissipates
>insomnia completely gone, before it would take over an hour to fall asleep every night
>everyday mood is significantly better, to the point where I'd actually consider myself "happy" most of the time (this was unthinkable before)
>have only been lifting for 1 month and am still a dyel
Nah it's probably just a placebo

100 pushups, 100 squats, 100 situps. Take your time doing them, you obviously don't have to do them all at once.

>So don't exercise and stay mad healthy
No one is stopping you really

user, i hate exercise as much as the next guy but i'll give you a few reasons why it's good.

for one, if you want to fuck girls who are above a 5, you have to do it. but if that isn't enough for you, then im guessing you are like 20 years old. im in my mid 30s, my body is so stiff, and i am kind of falling apart. I work a manual labor job and my back and hips routinely hurt because basically my muscles aren't strong enough to do the work i am doing so my tendons, ligaments and bones are taking on that stress. Also my biceps have the same problem so the inside of my elbow is often very sore. And I developed this horrible fucking pain between my shoulder blade and my spine that has been there for a really long time.

After work i come home and just lay in bed. I immediately grab my laptop off a chair that i keep next to my bed and edge to porn for an hour or 2. when im not working, im watching porn.

my ankles are so stiff and often hurt. my neck often hurts from holding it off the ground when working under a machine. sometimes my hand hurts too much to beat off from straight up wrenching.

but i like you just don't fucking want to work out. i did it in college and i did it as recently as 2019, but i just fucking hate it.

but even i admit it would be the smart move.

>I work a manual labor job
So what do you do really? I've never heard a blue collar guy not actually mention specifically what he does, unless the guy was faking the shit out of it.

I'm going to Wichita
Far from this opera forevermore
I'm gonna work the straw
Make the sweat drip out of every pore

You know you've put in a good day when you take your overalls off and your pants have dried lines of grey salt the whole way up and down them from your sweat.

im a maintenence technician. my company sells bakery machinery. big conveyor belts and shit. i do the repairs inspections and installations of the machines. it involves carry heavy parts and tools and i lot of crouching, kneeling, squatting, etc.

I experienced this too, but now in month 3 my anger issues are coming back, and by anger issues I mean unadulterated bloodlust

>t.

So many.
>jump rope
>endless bodyweight squats for time
>shadowboxing
>side steps for time
>slow and steady high knees
Anything that gets your heart rate up for a significant amount if time. You don't need to be breathing hard. Save that for once you get your aerobic base up.

meanwhile professional athletes are consistently arthritic wrecks by the time they're 55, assuming one of their organs hasn't failed by then. Exercise is a meme, enjoy wearing out your organs and joints lifting heavy things for no reason

you're a moron. there's a difference between training like a world class athlete who runs their body into the ground and getting off your fat ass once in a while to go for a walk or do some pushups

Underrated desu. Exercise is critical for long term brain health. Muscle movement reinforces nerve pathways, all of which lead back to the brain.

now this is what I call an american bread.

I heard endurance athletes are prone to getting type 2 diabetes, anyone know how true is that?

>but now in month 3 my anger issues are coming back,
Homeostasis is a bitch

Without looking at any research, I'm gonna say that's doubtful. It could be that they carb-load too much, but my guess is the abundance of exercise negates most of the damage too many carbs would cause

If you want to be a resting old ugly bitch go ahead retard. I'll be enjoying my gains.
