Post a game you loved playing that was released prior to 2010.

I have autism and have played thousands of hours of oblivion. It's my favorite video game

I didn't play this until recently, but it came out in 2009. I enjoyed it a bunch. I talked with some anons on Any Forums how they need a proper co-op version of this. Mystery Universe isn't quite there to fill the niche.

I still have this one on my PC. A lot of good memories on the multiplayer.

I have it on my Steam library but I can't bring myself to play it. I just remember how happy I was playing it as a kid and don't want to taint those memories with the way I am today. I suppose I'll die without ever replaying it

Wind Waker and Twilight Princess. I've probably put in more than 200 hours between those two. Fuckin hell I miss the 2000s.
My man

This is my shit. And the original is much much better in art direction and tone compared to the PS5 'remake'.
And no, I'm not just saying that to cope. I have a PS5 and have played through about half of the new version. But it just feels way cheaper in comparison even though the graphics are 'better'. I put it down at Tower of Latria after seeing they couldn't even get that area right for me either.

All I play is pre-2010 vidya.

I never had video games, but when I visited my cousins wed play Donkey Kong Country on 64 and croc2 on PC.

I have only played about one or two hours worth of 3, and probably just 30 minutes of 4. They just aren't the same.

Pic related and the original Ratchet & Clank PS2 trilogy. Insomniac really knew how to make kick ass games back in the day.

Can't go wrong shooting some parasite infested spaniards

More like pre 2000, but suits the thread.

Worms 2 (not Armageddon) is my favorite ever because you can configure each weapon's specs to autistic levels of detail: range, scattering, explosiveness, power...

i first played mua1 on my friend's psp then i got it for my 360

Halo 2 is still my favorite video game. I don't know why the second is always the best. Doom, Quake, Resident Evil, Silent Hill, etc.

Grew up on this one. Haven't been able to get it running for years due to compatibility issues, but it gave me a lot of good memories

Obligatory, Original Stalkerpost.

I spent ungodly amounts of time fighting friends at school and grinding each character to level 100.

This. This helped me through my loneliness. Too bad by now I've pretty much memorised the entire game so it doesn't help any more.
Really liked Duke Patrick's combat mod on it.
